  • Text Alternatives. Alternative text for image. Should image be marked as decorative? Does the “aria-label” attribute accurately describe the element? Does the “aria-labelledby” attribute accurately describe the element?
  • Info and Relationships. Text area has no description. Heading is missing text. HTML is used to format content. No top-level heading on the page. Content not included in landmarks. Are landmarks appropriately applied.
  • Images of Text. Is the image free of text? Contrast (Enhanced). Color contrast is insufficient.
  • Timing Adjustable. Provide enough time.
  • Focus Order. Is the tabbing sequence logical?
  • Link Purpose (In Context). Does the “aria-label” accurately describe the link?
  • Focus Visible. Element not highlighted on focus.
  • Section Headings. Headings are not nested properly. Heading is missing text. No top-level heading on the page.
  • Structure headings. Labels or Instructions. Text area has no description. Field label is not visible. Name, Role, Value.
