What do I get?
For our social creation plans, we provide tailored social posts for each month of your subscription. These are created for use across all social channels. Specifically with Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram or Google Business in mind.
Before carrying out an onboarding call, we will ask you for some basic company detail; industry sector, product specific information. As well as our own research, this will give us some understanding of your business and marketplace, helping us shape and craft the material appropriately.
In addition to the written social post material, we will also provide you with prepared visuals to complement the social post copy.
Each month on our anniversary date, we will update the following month’s material. All we ask is that you review, suggest edits, and approve the material within 5 days. The review process shouldn’t take longer than 5-10 minutes of your time.
We prepare the material for you for this ‘Creation’ plan, but you must post the material yourself. If you want us to schedule posts for your social media channels, you need to choose the ‘Creation and Delivery’ plan. We will post on your behalf.
All social post material will be written in the English language.
What do I get with the ‘Create and Delivery‘ monthly and annual plans?
Creation wise, you will receive everything that the ‘Create Only’ plan offers but in addition, we will schedule your posts via 3 of the social media channels of your choosing, saving you time, and freeing you up to concentrate on other things.

How much input can we give to the creation of the social post material?
As much or as little as you can like. During our monthly scheduled call, we ask that you bring ideas to the table that you might want us to focus on for that next month. We will carry out our own research, create the social material, deliver it to our shared folder, and you can then make further editing suggestions. Keep in mind we will optimise the copy material for best impact, so keeping edits to a minimum allows the best chance of successful engagement and interaction. We ask that all suggestions and approvals be complete within 5-days of receipt.
What will my social post copy look like?
We will personalise each and every post to maximise interaction with your audience. We will use a mix of thought leadership, industry specific, company and service/product updates.
Through these methods, trust and added value is offered to your audience, helping generate awareness and authority.
What will my social post visual creation look like?
We will produce a mix of still images, video, carousels to match the copy we produce. Variety helps keep your audience hooked, and returning for more.
Do you need my login info?
We will only ask for details if you choose the ‘Creation & Delivery’ plan. Simple, quick and easy setup using a secure password sharing centre. Using this option hides your password details from us but we can still access your social accounts through the integration. Offering you safety and password security.
Is your payment provider secure?
Absolutely. We use Stripe for payments.
What is Stripe.js?

What type of support do you offer?
We offer both Google Meets and email support.
– At the beginning of each new anniversary date, we will schedule a regular call to go over the posts we have sent you
– During your first month as a client, we offer 1 Google Meet per week
– After the initial month, we will change to a monthly call, unless you need more
All Google meets will be held with your success manager. We also offer Email support 7 days per week.
What else do we have to do?
We love new ideas and input straight from source. Think of focus ideas, new product launches, talking points. Bring them to the monthly call, and leave the rest to us. After that, review the post material, approve it, and sit back.
